HUGO (the secret to happiness) - Review

I recently received a free children's book in the mail from "Happy Language Kids Publications"

The book is about a little starfish named "Hugo". One book is appropriately named "The secret to happiness". He has a big heart and a curious mind like most children do. He was looking for happiness outside and couldn’t find it but eventually realized that happiness is found within and that he doesn’t have to go somewhere or anywhere to find it, rather he can be happy with his friends who are around him. If you love yourself it's easy to be happy and besides money and richness cannot buy happiness!

During his adventure, Hugo learns many valuable lessons about character, life skills, and ecological alertness-all amid the backdrop of a magical underwater world and mystical island. The book is beautiful and has wonderful glossy color pages. What I think is nice is that at the back page, there is a blank page that says to "draw a picture of yourself helping someone else, making him or her happy".

I really enjoyed reading this book to my children; this is very interactive to and engaging. I think that reading to your children for 10 to 20 minutes everyday is important because it helps your children to develop crucial reading and writing skills they will need to have later on in life. I can remember a time when reading to your child was a standard procedure whenever they got ready for bedtime. My mom would read to me every night. The benefits associated with reading a simple bedtime story are endless.

Take note: This is an award winning children's book and I recommend each kid to read this particular book. This is also available in 7 languages and you can purchase it through amazon ebooks.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
