Trouble with my daughter’s name

I don’t know why every body is having trouble with my daughter’s name. When I gave my daughter’s name for the hospital record they wrote it incorrectly and they put her middle name as her last name which is not right of course. They did the correction and I was expecting that everything will be OK already. I waited almost 3 months now for her social security card to arrive at my given home address, but for some reason I didn’t get it. I had to call the office and inquire for her application. I was told to re-apply again because I should’ve received it 6 weeks after she was born. I went ahead to their office and have them check for it, the record shows that it was mailed sometime in September but I guess somebody dropped the ball. Anyways, I’m glad I personally went there because I found out that her name was written incorrectly once again. Geeezzzz! Why can’t they just follow simple instruction? My daughter’s name is common anyways. I did the same thing with her health insurance. I had to write a letter to the company about the correction and I enclosed her birth record since we don’t have her birth certificate yet. We will have her birth certificate done today.
