Put on hold once again

I just recently found out that my husband’s marital status in his W2 form is “married” which mean we wont get much money this coming tax refund. Oh boy, how can we take our las vegas or orlando vacations if we don’t get much money this year. I guess we will put our vacations on hold once again. We planned on getting new furniture, purchase new clothes for all of us and whenever we have some extra money we thought to use it for our getaways but now I don’t think it’ll happen, not for the vacation though. No wonder why my husband’s paycheck per month is bigger than last year. Because here in the states if you’re marital status is “single” in your W2 form, it means you will get small paycheck every month but bigger tax refund at the end of the year and in married status is the other way around too.
